If a resident wishes to decrease their monthly service fee, a 7% reduction in rent is offered for every $250K of Entrance Fee paid. As an example, a resident selects a two-bedroom apartment with a monthly service fee of $6000. The resident opts to pay a 100% refundable Entrance Fee of $500K. This reduces the monthly service fee by: $500K * 7% = $2916.67. In the above example, the resident then pays $3083.33 as a monthly service fee rather than $6000.00; and the $500K Entrance Fee is refundable at 100%.
